Shipping

Serrelli Street ships perishable orders by second-day air and schedules deliveries during the week to help keep shipping costs reasonable.

We use special packaging designed to maintain freshness, including sealed freezer packs and insulated shipping boxes.

Because our products are perishable, packages may be left at the shipping address without a signature. Please use a delivery address where the package can be received and refrigerated promptly.

Product prices do not include delivery charges. Shipping is calculated according to package weight and distance from our Chicago location. Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent by email when available.

À la carte shipping may be calculated separately. If an additional shipping total is required, you will receive a separate confirmation.

Delivery dates and transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
