We ship Serrelli Street orders nationwide from Chicago using second-day air service.
When will my order ship?

How much does shipping cost?
Product prices do not include shipping. Delivery costs are calculated using the weight of the package and its distance from our Chicago location.
How is my food packed?
Every order is packed for freshness with sealed freezer packs inside a specially designed insulated shipping box.
Will someone need to sign for the package?
No. Because the food is perishable, the carrier will leave the package at the shipping address without a signature. Arrange for the order to be brought inside promptly.
How will my order be confirmed?
Standard package orders are followed by an email verifying the purchase, shipping-inclusive total, and tracking information. À la carte shipping is calculated separately, and you will receive an additional confirmation with its shipping total.
